  2. Partial Refund: If work has already started but is not completed, the client is entitled to a partial refund. The refund amount will be calculated based on the volume of work completed.
  3. Refund After Completion of Work: Refunds after the completion of work are not provided, except in cases where the service does not meet the described quality standards.
  4. Exceptions: Refunds do not apply to additional services that have already been purchased and activated, such as SEO packages, advanced payment gateways, etc.

Refund Process
